Life Without Plastic
Recently there are been a recall on plastic bottles. Plastic needs to be used wisely and with caution, and should only be used when you are unable to use anything else. Environmentally plastic is becoming a very hazardous thing. Plastics are made from petroleum, and a non-renewable resource extracted and processed using energy-intensive techniques that destroy fragile ecosystems. Its time to focus on lifestyle changes, some adjustments in our daily activities in life. These small changes can make a huge impact in Global Warming. It not only helps me deal with life’s stresses, but it brings me back to the here and the now. Using the Mala Beads, helps me to keep my focus, when my mind starts to wander during my meditation.
It’s that time of year again, when we try to get our head wrapped around the changes in our life that need to be made. But we do not just need to think about the changes that we need to make for ourselves, but the changes we need to make and take to help our environment. How about reducing waist while taking a little bit off of our waist line? Imagine, riding your bike to work, or on the weekends to run those errands. You will not only be taking care of our planet, but taking care of your heart, and your body all at the same time.
