In Yoga, we not only learn to stretch and awaken our muscles and bodies,but with nostril breathing you can clean and rejuvenate your vital channels of energy. Some may think this sounds strange, but I have tried it and it actually clears up the nasal passage,and helps you breathe easier. It’s good to have a Kleenex near by though, to blow your nose first. Its an easy thing to try and you can do it anywhere…driving,watching t.v. etc. This form of nasal cleansing is called nadi sodhana (purification of nadis or channels).
