Are Microwave Oven’s Safe?

It has been brought to my attention that microwave ovens can be harmful. Yes they do cook food faster, but sometimes a little too fast. Any of you that own one, which is mostly everyone, must know by now, that sometimes the outside of the container can be hot, but the inside still be cold, with hot spots throughout of the liquid or solid that is put in the Microwave. If you own an old Microwave, get rid of it. It does give off radiation that is not safe. The newer ones, seem to be much better, but I would read all information before using the Microwave. I believe some things should stay the same. Progress is healthy, but we need to be careful, and look into these things, instead of just believing they are okay for us and our families.
