If you are one of the many out there that suffer from Bronchitis, and find it very hard to breath in the cold winter months, then you are going to really like this recipe. I know many people who have this condition and it can be very hard to breath at times. There are also certain foods that you can eat that help bronchitis be more bearable as well. But first, you must try this one. Just run yourself a nice warm bath…light some candles, and soak in this relaxing, healing bath water.

15 drops Atlas cedarwood essential oil
15 drops frankincense essential oil
12 drops Canadian balsam (or Scots pine) essential oil
8 drops myrrh essential oil

Put the essential oils into a small dark glass bottle, then shake well.

Whenever you take a bath, add eight drops of the concentrate to the water, four drops for children over Five years.
