Most of us don’t like to talk about Parasites. The thing is, everyone has them, and there are good parasites as well as bad ones. Many of us can go on with our lives and not suffer much from them at all, but then there are some of us who suffer terribly from them. If any of you suffer from IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) then you are going to want to read more :-) I attend a Yoga class on Wednesday mornings, and have been for years. I am not sure how the conversation started, but I brought up my IBS to one of the ladies there. She told me she also suffered from IBS, or used to suffer until she went on these Para-Rid capsules. She told me that she does not suffer anymore after doing the cleanse. I had to try it, what was I going to loose. You take 3 pills in the morning and 3 pills at night for 7 days. Skip 5 days and then do the same thing for 7 more days. They say it is best to do it again in the spring and in the fall. I swear by these pills and they are all natural.

I have a zoo living in my house. From dogs, to cats, to birds, to guinea pigs, and children. Our carpets hold a lot of dirt that we cannot even see. I guess that is another reason why so many people have allergies. It is so important the air in our homes are clean, as well as our carpets. We must keep in mind though, when we clean our carpets, the type of cleaner we use. There is no need to spend our money on chemicals when we can use the natural products out there. I even find that it makes my carpet smell so much better then those store bought cleaners. Read more
