If you are anything like me, I drink a lot of herbal tea. Sometimes though, I am not sure which one to drink. With so many to choose from, and so many benefits that come from each of them, I thought it would be a good idea to look into it a bit more. Most of us have heard of Chamomile tea. It soothes the stomach, calms the nerves, and eases cold symptoms.
