Looking for softer, smoother, less dry, younger skin? One word, Pomegranate!!! They are an interesting fruit, with little red seeds. They have natural oils, vitamins and sun-protective compounds. The Pomegranate even has antioxidants and cancer fighting abliities. Hard to believe all of this in one crazy looking fruit. Pretty amazing really. Get Healthy - Plant a Family Garden

There are many of us that grew up with our own gardens, that we helped weed with our parents or grandparents. It is rare now a days for someone to have a garden. Backyards have become so much smaller. Life in the city makes it very hard to grow one. For some of us though, there really is no excuse, except time I guess. We all know how much healthier it would be to eat vegetables from out or our own garden. There would be no chance of poisons on the vegetables, and we would know what kind of soil that was used to grow these foods in. One day it might just come to that.
The Power of Earth Worms

Worms help plant matter to decompose. They help make rich fertilizer, and improve the soil. Tiny little worms do all of this. Using the soil that worms have been in, help increase the rate of growth in Tomato plants, Pepper Plants, Marigolds and others. Most of us already have worms in our gardens, but there are other ways to make sure your soil is just how you want it. It can take some time, to get the soil the way it needs to be, but in the end, its so worth it. A lot of us have that green thumb and what better way to improve it but with Earth Worms. Read more

Now doesn’t that sound like an awesome idea!? Yoga and Chocolate in one class. That would be almost every woman’s dream come true, and I am sure men also. This is no ordinary chocolate though, its got an extra twist. Not sure what I think about that, but I would not mind trying. Truffles (milk chocolate fused with sweet Indian curry powder and coconut flakes). Apparently, they are out of this world. I guess it would be like treating yourself after a great yoga class, to a special little desert. Read more
