I am sure some of you are sitting there saying WHAT?? Hemp Ice Cream, you gotta be kidding. Nope I’m not kidding. Hemp seed is very high in fiber but is also an amazing food source. The Hemp seed actually contains no THC at all. The seeds can be used to make hemp milk, hemp tofu and hemp ice cream. This is not something new, humans have been eating hemp for at least 8000 years or longer.
