Recently there are been a recall on plastic bottles. Plastic needs to be used wisely and with caution, and should only be used when you are unable to use anything else. Environmentally plastic is becoming a very hazardous thing. Plastics are made from petroleum, and a non-renewable resource extracted and processed using energy-intensive techniques that destroy fragile ecosystems. Plastic bags are filling up our landfill sites and they are being eaten by a large amount of land animals.
