Meditation and Mala Beads
There are many benefits of Meditation. Physical, Metal, Emotional, and Spiritual. Anyone can meditate. Finding the time in your day will be the hardest part, and keeping your focus on the here and now. Not the past, and not the present. I have found that mediation has brought more peace to my life. It not only helps me deal with life’s stresses, but it brings me back to the here and the now. Using the Mala Beads, helps me to keep my focus, when my mind starts to wander during my meditation.
