If you are anything like me, I drink a lot of herbal tea. Sometimes though, I am not sure which one to drink. With so many to choose from, and so many benefits that come from each of them, I thought it would be a good idea to look into it a bit more. Most of us have heard of Chamomile tea. It soothes the stomach, calms the nerves, and eases cold symptoms. But other herbal teas that you do not hear of as much like Kava Kava for instance, it lowers cholesterol, balances blood pressure, and it improves  the  overall health of your heart.

    I love drinking herbal teas. When I had tummy troubles, I tend to go for either ginger tea or peppermint tea. They both soothe the stomach really great.

    Your right on wakela! I too suffer from tummy problems and was so thankful to find these herbal teas. Peppermint and ginger are great ones, so is the Fennel tea, it really helps with gas in your tummy. CHEERS!!!
