Some of the shoes we choose to wear, for fashion, and style, are usually the shoes that end up really hurting our feet in the end. I know it is not possible to go bare foot all time, but proper foot wear is very important. High heels can be very irresistible for some, but can make your feet ache. Walking in heals tightens and weakens the calf muscles. It makes us very susceptible to inflammation and Achilles Tendinitis. There is something we can do, besides changing our favorite foot wear.
