If you are like most of us you do not get out in the sun much, or your daily intake of Vitamin D is not up to par. There are many ways of making sure we are eating and drinking the right amount of Vitamin D, but there is a simple way to make sure you are getting the right dose and that is with a supplement. Do you find yourself getting depressed in the winter, around the months of January, February and March??? I like to look at Vitamin D as a sunshine holiday. I know, it sounds crazy but when you are getting the amount of Vitamin D you are supposed to be getting, then your body is going to thank-you and so are your moods.
