With September being Yoga month it is a great opportunity to experience all the benifits of this exercise. It doesn’t just feel great to do Yoga it is great for your whole body. It has been proven to help with back pain, menopause, breast cancer, and even helps you look and feel younger. Some of us have been active this summer with biking, walking, running, and swimming, but as the summer slows down and the weather changes, its nice to have something else to fall back on to help us stay in shape and keep us from getting those winter blues.
