Working on strengthening our muscles is so important. Abs, thighs and hips are at the top of the list for most people’s training goals. We forget about the other muscles that need just as attention as the others. The upper back and shoulder rotators are these forgotten muscles. Sitting at our desk jobs all hunched over.
