Recently me and my partner have tired doing Yoga together. I never thought it would be so groovy. I even felt more of a connection with him as we got deeper into the posses. The great thing also is you have assistance if you are having problems holding the posture. You are able to stretch better and get the full potential out of the yoga pose with a partner. Try the Flying Bow Pose,the In Bound Seated Twist, and the Downward-Facing Dog. The Downward-Facing Dog for two helps both of you go deeper into the pose while teaching you to let go of inhibitions.
