		<description>Not at all. I really appreciate your imput here. I had no idea that it was not a safe thing. I wonder if you boil the water that you put in the container, then put the herbal tea bags in and let it sit out in the sun???

Anything unsafe like that though is not good.

Sun Tea is a potentially hazardous food because tea leaves can grow close to the ground and are thus suseptible to contamination.  Using tepid water and leaving it in the sun to brew allows the tea to remain ata temperature that facilitates bacterial growth.
A safer method is to use boiling water (thus destroying most bacteria, viruses, parasites or fungus) and then cooling as quickly as possible and storing in the refigerator.
This still allows you to control sugary additions.</description>
