Carpal Tunnel is a narrow passageway in the wrist formed by ligaments and the eight small carpal bones. CTS is caused by a nerve to the hand that gets compressed in this tunnel. There are exercised that can actually help with this pain and even prevent an operation. With the amount of time we spend on our computer and writing, it just makes sense to take care of our wrists with these simple exercises. Just to name a few: Pumping the Wrist, Praying Pose, and the  Alternating flexion and extension of the wrists, are some of the exercises that can help relieve and prevent CT problems.
