It just makes sense really. In Yoga and Pilates, we work on everything bellow the neck. But as we age, the skin on our face wrinkles and sags. Since there really is not cure for aging, at least we can do it gracefully. This short video clip and write up, introduces exercises for our face. Even doctors say that it is beneficial for the muscles in the face and can tone the face up. Like people say, if you feel good, you look good. It sure would be nice to have that young looking face forever, but since we can’t, we can do other things to bring aging on in a more sophisticated way.
